Q. What sizes are available, and how does the sizing run?
We currently offer sizes in Toddler (3, 4, 5) and Youth (11, 12, 13). Please note: our flip flops tend to run small compared to standard U.S. sizes, so we highly recommend checking our size chart before purchasing. More sizes are coming soon as we continue to grow!
Q. Do your flip flops have arch support or extra cushioning?
Our flips are flat, but the Dream Cloud Comfort footbed gently molds to the shape of your child’s foot for a cozy, cushioned feel.
Q. Is there a break-in period? Are they comfortable right away?
Yes and no. The Dream Cloud Comfort footbed and Feathersoft toe cord feel soft from the start. The straps may feel snug at first but loosen up with wear, keeping the foot secure while preventing slipping.
Q. How do I clean them? Can I put them in the washing machine?
We don’t recommend machine washing, as it may cause damage. For best results, scrub gently with dish soap and a soft brush, then rinse with water.
Q. How should I store them when not in use?
Prolonged sun exposure can damage materials over time. For the longest life, store your flip flops indoors and away from direct UV rays.
Q. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location in the U.S. All orders ship from Southern California.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping is coming soon!

We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

If your flip flops are defective, we’ll replace them free of charge within 1 year of purchase.
